Structure Specifications
Integrated cylinder type structure with 3 working position, equipped with pressure-stabilizing structure, 3 alternate screens will combine as 2 screen pack and working simultaneously with continuous and super sealing.
Applications
Large-scale film blow(co-extrusion), geomembrane, composite pipes, color reproduction, membrane casting and etc.
Features
Unconventional process and heat-treatment, the pressure tolerance of the main body is 60MPa, For large screw machine head and extremely tiny T extrusion with die extremely tiny tap
Equipped with pressure-stabilizing structure and “relay topology” exhaust system. Ensuring the screen changing process steady, uninterrupted and nonstop feeding.
Auto lubrication system, super long working life, no maintenance is needed.
